On January 1, 2021, shortly after 2:00 a.m., police were dispatched to Interstate 10 near Vance Jackson Road in San Antonio, Texas. Officers arrived and found a white Dodge Charger with multiple gunshots in the driver’s side door and window. A high-powered rifle was used in the attack.

We have no idea what the motive was in this cowardly attack against Jessica. However, we do know that there are people in the San Angelo, Texas, area who may have information about her murder. Please come forward. 

I am deeply concerned that the individual or individuals responsible for this heinous crime have still not been held accountable. You should be, too.

Anyone with credible information about Jessica’s murder should contact the San Antonio Police Department Homicide Unit at 210-207-7635 or the Army Criminal Investigation Division at 210-221-1050. You could be eligible for a $50,000 reward. You can remain anonymous.
